Privacy notice
This site is the shop window of Il Fiaschetto di Lara. We only collect the data you send us through the contact form, and we use it only to reply to you.
Who processes the data
Il Fiaschetto di Lara, Via Garibaldi 4-6, 50025 Montespertoli (FI), Italy. For any request you can message us on WhatsApp or call the number at the bottom of the page.
What data
Your name, a way to reach you (phone or email), the reason for your request and the text of your message. You type it into the form: we collect nothing else.
Why
To answer your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). No advertising, no newsletter, no sharing with third parties.
Where it goes and for how long
The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts the site, with the safeguards the GDPR requires for transfers outside the European Union. We keep requests for 12 months, then delete them.
Cookies
None. The site uses no cookies, has no analytics and loads nothing from third parties: fonts and images live here. That's why there is no banner to close.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data by messaging us on WhatsApp. If you think something is wrong, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
